Ronald J. Tenuta

Ron Tenuta joined Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli as an Associate in 2023, after clerking at the firm prior to graduating law school. While Ron’s skillset allows him to assist clients with a wide variety of matters, he focuses his practice on estate planning and probate. Ron enjoys getting to know his clients’ needs and helping them implement estate plans tailored to their specific objectives, which include avoiding probate, tax planning, business succession planning, and charitable giving. Ron also counsels fiduciaries through trust and estate administration processes.

During law school, Ron worked as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Annette Kingsland Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Ron was also invited to compete in the Jenkins Honors Intramural Moot Court Competition, and Ron was a quarterfinalist in the UCLA Williams Institute National Moot Court Competition, where his team’s brief won third place. Ron also served as an Associate Editor of the Marquette Law Review.


In his free time, Ron enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and two children.
