Martha L. Aiello

PARALEGAL

Martha is a lifelong resident of Kenosha.  She is a graduate of Mary D. Bradford High School and received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside in Business Management with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics.


Martha joined Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli, LLC in January of 1986. She began as a Financial Manager and advanced to Office Manager. She has since transitioned into a paralegal position assisting multiple attorneys in varying areas of law, now predominantly real estate.


Martha enjoyed 20+ years as a volunteer volleyball coach for numerous girls’ teams of differing ages. She also spent many years volunteering at her church in multiple capacities from School Board, Parish Counsel, Finance Committee and Festival Chairperson. In addition to volleyball, Martha enjoys golfing, swimming, and spending time with her family and friends.


Alicia R. Barnes

Contact Information

Alicia Barnes joined Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli in October 2020 as Legal Assistant to Thomas P. Aiello. Prior to Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli, Alicia was a legal assistant for over 20 years at the law firm Orleans, Canty Novy, LLC located in Chicago, Illinois and specialized in Transportation Law.


While here at Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli, Alicia has gained considerable experience and understanding of compliance and procedures involving Probate Law, Estate Planning and Residential Real Estate.


Alicia’s love for writing and the English language has inspired her to write a children’s book which she is currently working on in hopes of publication one day. 

Frances Otero-Mercado

Frances Otero-Mercado - Kenosha, WI - Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli, LLC

Contact Information

Frances, the Legal Assistant to Attorneys Thomas M. Santarelli and Andrew J. Tenuta, joined our firm in 2008.


Here at Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli, Frances assists the attorneys in drafting and preparing correspondence and legal documents along with electronically filing legal documents, preparing electronic real estate transfer returns, recording real estate deeds and opening/closing files. Frances plays a key role in scheduling mediations, managing calendars and sending out legal documentations for Civil Process Service.

Diane L. Swanson

Diane L. Swanson - Kenosha, WI - Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli, LLC

Contact Information

Diane has worked in Management and Accounting for over 35 years, more than 20 of which have been in the legal field. Diane graduated Cum Laude from Carthage College with degrees in Criminology and Sociology.


Having previously worked for the Firm, she returned to Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli in 2021 to work in Financial Management.



Diane enjoys spending time with family, golfing and camping. She volunteers with the Wisconsin State Park System as a Camp Host.

Gabrielle H. Tenuta

Gabrielle H. Tenuta - Kenosha, WI - Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli, LLC

Contact Information

Gabi is a Legal Receptionist and Assistant for the Attorneys at Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli. At the firm Gabi performs various clerical tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls and emails, taking payments, and distributing mail, while also playing an integral role in the administrative side of the firm.


Further, Gabi assists the Attorneys with preparation of legal documents, client meetings, real estate closings, transcribing dictation, preparing real estate transfer returns and recording various documents with the Register of Deeds offices in Wisconsin


Gabi joined the firm in May 2021 and enjoys assisting in finding new ways for the business operations of the firm to excel. In her free time Gabi enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends. 

Sean T. Wolfe

Sean T. Wolfe - Kenosha, WI - Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli, LLC

Contact Information

Sean is the Legal Assistant to Attorney Joseph F. Madrigrano, Jr. at Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli. A lifelong Kenosha resident, Sean joined the firm in 2019.



Sean’s responsibilities at the firm include numerous legal and administrative tasks. He manages the corporate records and client file storage, drafts legal documents, prepares correspondence and undertakes anything that Attorney Madrigrano requires of him.


Besides his professional responsibilities at the firm, Sean is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and will graduate in December of 2022.


Upon Graduation Sean will also receive a Certificate of Business Fundamentals and a Certificate of Ethics. He is hoping to continue his education and enter law school in the fall 2023. In his free time Sean enjoys spending time with family and friends.
