JON G. MASON – Of Counsel

Jon G. Mason is a 1969 graduate of Carthage College and graduated from Marquette University School of Law in 1972.  In law school, Mr. Mason interned in the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office for two years, where he gained valuable courtroom experience.  After graduating from law school, Mr. Mason practiced extensively in criminal law, with extensive jury trial experience, having represented clients in over 30 different homicides.  He has won multiple acquittals in first degree homicide cases.  In addition to criminal law, Mr. Mason practices extensively in representing people charged with Drunk Driving offenses as well all other types of traffic violations.

Professionally, Mr. Mason is a past president of the Kenosha Bar Association.  He was a local representative on the Attorney’s Board of Professional Responsibility for ten years.  Mr. Mason was a district representative on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Academy of Criminal Defense Lawyers.  Mr. Mason has been a Circuit Court Commissioner for approximately 30 years and served on the City of Kenosha Public Service Commission, where he served as Chairman.  Mr. Mason also served as a Guardian ad Litem for Kenosha County for ten years, representing children and elderly people in court proceedings.

Mr. Mason practices “of counsel” to Madrigrano, Aiello & Santarelli, LLC and is assisted in his practice by his paralegal, Jill Stone, and legal assistants Renata Bisciglia and Frances Otero-Mercado.

A lifelong resident of Kenosha, Mr. Mason is married to Barbara, and they have three adult children.  The Masons are actively involved in St. Mary’s Lutheran Church.
